Just a week ago, Apple announced that the new mental health docuseriesThe Me You Can’t Seewould premiere on Friday, May 21. The announcement came along with a promotional banner, with plenty of information to go along with it, but no trailer at the time. But the streaming service is fixing that today, just a few days before the new series makes its debut.
Oprah Winfrey and Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex, are both hosting the new docuseries. They are serving as executive producers on the project as well. The initial announcement of the new 10-episode limited series is described as lifting “the veil on the current state of mental health and emotional well-being.” The two hosts will be interviewing a variety of different individuals, including athletes and actors, over the course of the series.
The Me You Can’t Seewill showcase legendaryactorGlenn Close (Damages), Langston Galloway of the Phoenix Suns, San Antonio Spurs’ DeMar Derozan,artistLady Gaga, Olympic boxer Virginia “Ginny” Fuchs, the celebrity chef Rashad Armstead, and others.
