Set against the backdrop of excess and the power-hungry social elite, the series has a lot going on.
With such a complex narrative, many characters are in play. Along with Rupert and Tony, mega-star Declan O’Hara (Aidan Turner) and television executive Cameron Cook (Nafessa Williams) enter the fray with their own distain for one another, which ultimately provokes an onslaught of controversy. In a series where everyone is out for themselves, reputations will rise and fall, love and marriage will likely crumble, and the lure of sex in the bedroom as well as the boardroom will most certainly rear its desirous head.Rivalsis streaming on Oct. 18.
