The Wild Tangle’s Swarm will become available after players find Gaston in the Glittering Dunes and completeThe Wanderer of Dunes. Once this is done, start The Wild Tangle’s Swarm, and talk to him about the Scarab piece. However, you won’t be able to speak to him for a short time. Once he is ready to talk, speak with him, and findRapunzel. CompletingThe Flying Metal Nuisancewill allow you to meet her for the first time in the Wild Tangle biome. After speaking to Rapunzel, you need to find the Swarming Insects in the Grove.
How to find the Swarming Insects in Disney Dreamlight Valley
The Swarming Insects are located inside theGroveregion. However, you need to unlock access and for that require4000 Mists. To gather more Mists, clear Splinters of Fate, and remove those floating sand spirals by using the Royal Hourglass. Other than this, completeMist dutiesthat can be found by accessing theDreamlighttab from theMenuoption in-game.
After you gain access to the Grove, go straight, then right to discover the Swarming Insects on the pedestal. Check the image above to see how it looks. These insects are hiding something, equip yourcamera, and take a picture to show it toRapunzel.
After talking to her, you need to gather the following items:
All of these items can be found in theGroveand theGrasslandsof the Wild Tangle biome. However, make sure to remove splinters, or swirling sand to have a better view of the place. The fly traps, plants, and tropical wood are all scattered around these regions. Make sure to check around every nook and corner because after collecting a few, they can be hard to locate.
Now take all the items to a crafting table, and maketwo Carnivorous Floral Arrangements. Place them on the Swarming Insects pedestal, and decorate the area.
Speak toGastonand return to the infested pedestal. You’ll see that the insects were eaten by the plants. Interact and take theJungle Scarab Piecefrom the pedestal but it’s completely rusted. Now, you’ll have to talk to Jafar using a Hologram Station. He will give you a Blueprint, and examine it from your inventory.
