One part of Guest Relations is a quest called Tat Big Meanie, and it’s included in a chain of quests that doesn’t start with this one. Instead, you’llstart it with Lost and Busybefore moving onto Tat Big Meanie, and finishing the chain withTweasure Hunt.
How To Complete Tat Big Meanie
The most important thing to remember for this quest is that you need tocomplete the steps in orderto finish it. Since all the clues you need to find are in the anniversary event area, completing this quest is rather quick. While the quest wants you to use the Idol of Ohn’ahra to direct you to each clue, it’s not necessary, and you can go straight to each clue without using it at all.
First Location
The first clue is apaper that’s on one of the postsholding up the tent for Doctor Gustaf’s area, which is next to the section that has the NPC giving World Boss quests. Since there’s only one paper on the posts there, you should be able to spot it without any issues. If you aren’t seeing it, go ahead and use the Idol of Ohn’ahra to point you in the right direction.
Second Location
Your next clue is a bunch of strands of red hair on the ground, which is much more conspicuous than you’d expect strands of hair to be. You’ll find the strands of hairbetween the tent where you just grabbed the first clueand the area with theWorld BossNPC questgiver. The strands are pretty far back, and they’re next to a few crates and other environmental decorations, which try to hide them a bit.
Third Location
The third clue is actually an NPC you need to speak with. Go to thestoryteller’s stage, and you’ll spot an NPC in a red outfit in the center section of benches. His name is Ratts, and speaking with him checks off the third clue as complete.
Fourth Location
Your last destination isbehind the Fashion Frenzy stage. Look for the outhouse that’s tucked away on the side of the event area, and there’s a strange torch next to the outhouse that you need to interact with to complete the final clue. Once that’s done, return to Maru to finish the quest and pick up the next section: Tweasure Hunt.
