The clues tell us that we will needto use a different pot, different ingredients, and cooperate with a birdto grow the Springdance Shrub. The clues also tell us that it contains anthocyanin.
The Pigment Research shows the pH level of different colored hydrangeas, and there are red hydrangeas around the area. Red has a pH level of 12-14, so the Soil pH Research chart says we should usea Sandstone pot and Seaweedfor the plant.

Prepare your Springdance Shrub in a Sandstone pot from the small shed, then bring it to the table beside it andpour Seaweedinto the pot. This will cause the plant to turn from white to red.
Bring the plant to the circular placeholder on the table in the Bird Garden, and grab thebird feederon the table nearby. At the top of the garden is a birdhouse with a Robin, and we will need to lure it to the plant.

There is already one bird feeder near the birdhouse, so you will need tokeep switching between the two bird feedersalong the various bird feeder hooks throughout the garden. Just make sure to stay out of the way of the bird or it will not travel to the next feeder. Repeat the process until the bird has made its way to the plant, and this will cause the Springdance Shrub to fully grow.
