As you work your way through the tactical turn-based RPG King Arthur: Legion IX you’ll come across a series of puzzles, some intertwined with battles. If you’ve made it to the Crypt of the Three Sisters in The Tombs quest, read on to discover how to kill the banshees.
King Arthur Legion IX - How to solve the Banshees puzzle in The Tombs quest
TheCrypt of the Three Sistersis the last mandatory battle in The Tombs quest. The battle takes place in the southwest corner of the area (see map above marking the three banshees) and begins with a cutscene.
During this three banshees will appear and say the following, which turns out to bea riddleof sorts:
At this point, 17 additional enemies will appear in the room and the battle will commence. Thethree sisters will stay at the backof the room and cast long-range single-target spells at you until defeated. The other mobs are all weak melee units so shouldn’t cause you much trouble. However, the three Banshees are a different matter.

You must defeat all units to complete the battle. However, the twist is thatthe three sisters must be killed in the correct order. If you reduce a sister to 0 health and it is not her turn to be defeated, she will simply return to maximum health. To work this out, consider that:
This makes the order you need to defeat themVespera, thenNox, and finallyAuroa. Get close to them and defeat them in the correct order and you’ll find them simple to take down, as they have no armor and do not regenerate outside of the order mechanism.
Once completed you’re able to head north out of the room and either head west tocomplete The Tombs questor head east to tacklethe Cursed Chestin the final crypt. Don’t forget to open thechestyou’ll find behind the three sisters' tombs (which you can see in the image at the top of this article) for some random equipment items and gold.
