Studio MDHRhas announced that it’s looking to expand its team to help bring theirnext big video gameto life following the success ofCuphead.
More specifically, Studio MDHR is currently hiring aUnity programmer"with experience working on action-packed games with enemies and boss battles" to help shape what they describe as their “next big project.”
However, there are no clues yet as to whether this will beCuphead 2or something entirely new. We’ll have to wait for an official reveal to know for sure—although the job description suggests a game in a similar style.

It’s also worth noting that the studio continues to show great concern for quality, stating they’re looking for someone who is willing to “put love and care into the small details that people often don’t notice.”
Cuphead and its expansion, The Delicious Last Course, have sold nearlyten million copies combined. Its massive success even led to aNetflix animated seriesthat currently spansthree seasons.
In the meantime, those who want to enjoy the game and its challenges can do so onPC, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 4. Additionally, they can follow the adventures ofCuphead and Mugmanin the animated series that’s already available onNetflix. Cuphead may not have a sequel yet, but its legacy remainsalive and strong.
