Lost Assets are your main currency to upgrade your perks and weapons in FBC: Firebreak. In short, it is how you get stronger and make those high-level clearance stages a bit easier.
After experimenting with all the stages and the levels, we have found the best way to get Lost Assets quickly, and here’s how to do it.

The Best Way to Get Lost Assets in FBC Firebreak
There are only a few ways to get Lost Assets, and you want to be familiar with them so you can maximize your runs. Here are the ways to get Lost Assets:
Stages don’t give much Lost Assets, so increasing the clearance and difficulty isn’t very efficient if you want to grind out Lost Assets as fast as possible.

So, if we are only talking about the first level, the fastest stages are Frequency Shift and Ground Control.
You want to choose either and rush to finish the stage as quickly as possible. This is the best way to get Lost Assets because there’s always a boss at the end when you call the elevator, and you’ll get some Lost Assets on your way out.

For our strategy, we playedthe Frequency Shift jobjust because the objectives are simple, fast, and you don’t have to circle around the stage.
The objectives for Frequency Shift are:
Thefastest run was around2 minutes and 14 seconds, which is really fast for 13 or more Lost Assets per run. The run could be faster, but we ran this with only two people in the party.
You want tosplit up to clear the Exoso you can cover the left and right sides of the room. Once cleared, theFix Kit player runs to the middle to start smashing the emitter plates with the wrench. A boss may spawn, so you’ll have to take care of that as fast as possible.

Once you repair the plates, the other teammate should be running to the elevator already to call it. For bosses, you want one witha shotgun and another one with a revolver. Shotguns stagger the boss, making them easier to hit, while the revolver brings a lot of single-target damage.
Beat the boss or bosses, anddon’t forget to loot their Lost Assets. If you die, you’ll drop your Lost Assets, but you’re able to still pick them up again.

Frequency Shift has an extremely fast first stage, but if you set it to level 2 or 3,it becomes too long and won’t be worth it, even with the additional Lost Assets from checkpoints and beating more bosses. You’ll have to unlock a new area in every level, and you’ll also have to come all the way back to the first area for the elevator when everything is done.
While the fastest way to get Lost Assets is by only doing the level stage, it won’t matter if you aren’t really having fun. So, if this strategy is a bit mundane, you can always play normally and just focus on finishing bosses and looking for Lost Assets in safe rooms.
