Ever since Season 7 ofFortniteChapter 2 was released, fans have been eager to get their hands on the new Superman skin. The outfit has been teased ever since the latest season began, and it’s finally set to arrive this month.
Unlike otherFortniteskins, it won’t be as simple as spending your V-Bucks to get it. To unlock Superman inFortnite, a whole bunch of Quests will need to be completed to unlock the main outfit plus accompanying cosmetics.
When Does Superman Come ToFortnite? Release Date Revealed
Fortniteplayers have already received a bunch of DC characters in-game. The most recent DC villain to join the Battle Royale was Bloodsport, who is available in theFortniteItem Shop right now.
But it looks like all of these DC villains joiningFortnitehas forced Superman to come and save the day. The skin has been teased for a long time now, simply showing his skin with a ‘Coming Soon’ tag ever since Season 7 began.
Now the countdown has finally begun and according to the in-game Superman section, the new outfit and cosmetics will arrive on Tuesday, August 10th.
As for the exact time Superman will release in-game, it still remains a bit of a mystery. The countdown currently states that there is “1 day” remaining but doesn’t specify an exact time.
However, Epic Games have been known to include new content intoÂFortniteÂat 7 AM PT / 10 AM ET / 3 PM BST. This is when new Epic and Legendary Quests go live each week, as well as new Alien Artifacts.
As soon as we know the exact release time for Superman, we will update this article. Until then, expect the new outfit and quests to arrive at the aforementioned time.
