Sadly, despite the impressive processing power of Apple products, Macs have very few games available. The platform is often overlooked with new releases. Are Mac users able to playDiablo 4at launch?

Pre-orders ofDiablo 4have rolled out a while ago now and Mac is remarkably absent from the lists — it won’t be on the platform at launch. This does not point in a good direction for anyone wanting to play it on the iMac or Macbook Pro. The game has been announced on a hugerange of consolesand platforms including PlayStation 4 and 5, Windows, and Xbox One, X, and S.

Of course, a partition to the hard drive of a Mac to run Windows is always a possibility, but this will take away from the storage space you have available. The process is quite tricky but it will make the most of the considerable processing power available with a Mac.

Will Diablo 4 be available on Mac?

All is not lost. Sometimes a company will use the money from the sales of people who own computers with operating systems focused on gaming and port the game across to Mac. If the demand is high enough, Apple users may be able to get their hands on the game a year or so after release.

If you’re really keen to get your hands on it, you could possibly pick up a very cheap PlayStation 4.

Perhaps, with the release of the new integrated M chips in Apple products, we may see more games brought to Mac.
